Following the recent adoption of tax and financial measures, regarding the areas Gerani and Kerameikos -Metaxourgeio in Athens by the Goverment, Naftemboriki newspaper and its weekly edition "Real Estate" published an article by journalist Teti Igoumenidi, entitled "Need for comprehensive measures to upgrade the center of Athens" 

The article hosts views of OLIAROS Managing Director and refers to the KM Properties project, announced by OLIAROS a year ago - now on hold, waiting developments and a comprehensive, stretegic plan for the center of Athens.
